And just like that, we have come to the end of this series of The Farmette Podcast.
What a series it has been. I am so grateful to all of my superb, inspiring guests, who have shared their time, stories, knowledge and passion so generously. I truly could not have loved talking with you more each week, and I hope that you, our listeners have enjoyed those conversations as much as I have.
For now, it is goodbye from me — but hopefully not for too long. I am hoping to be back in the autumn with Series 2, for more conversations, more stories from the countryside, and more reasons to celebrate the people and places that make rural life so special.
Until then, have a wonderful summer. And if you have never been to the British countryside, please make sure you go. Reach out to people, ask if you can take part, and stay open to learning about something you may not have grown up doing or understanding. There is so much to discover when we are curious, respectful and willing to listen and learn.
